I am not a Dr. and this is not medical advice. i have been eating gluten free for about 2 years. i am constantly learning and researching new things about gluten free food.I do eat a strictly gluten free diet but i do not have a sensitivity to cross contamination or things "made in a plant with wheat" so please follow your own guidelines and read labels!! i just really wanted to document some recipes and products for my daughter who recently started eating gluten free and for anyone else it may help. i try mostly to make things that just don't include gluten rather than making a lot of substitutions. i am also not a food photographer:)
